today i found inspiration from the most unusual place, the wall of the toilet cubicle and someone had written:
What the mind can conceive and believe,
the mind can achieve
which i am sure can apply to every aspect of our lives
For some reason i am feeling constantly burnt out even though i have done nothing that is incredibly taxing.
